Digital Product
All subscriptions sold by Server IPTV are digital products only. No physical product is shipped.
Subscription details are usually delivered by email after payment confirmation. These details may include an M3U link, Xtream Codes login details, portal URL, or setup instructions.
Payment
You agree to pay the price shown for the selected subscription or service before activation.
Payment must be completed using one of the available payment methods provided during the order process. Orders are activated only after payment confirmation.
Server IPTV may request valid payment proof before activating or renewing a subscription.
Delivery
After payment confirmation, Server IPTV will send the subscription details to the email address or contact information provided during the order.
Delivery is usually completed within 30 minutes, but in some cases it may take up to 6 hours due to technical checks, activation delays, payment verification, or operational reasons.
You are responsible for providing correct contact details when placing your order.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to resell, share, modify, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any subscription, login details, portal URL, M3U link, or content provided by Server IPTV without written permission.
Each subscription is intended for personal use only, unless a reseller panel or multi-connection package has been purchased.
Using one subscription on more devices than allowed may cause freezing, errors, or suspension by the server system.
Device and Application Compatibility
Server IPTV subscriptions are compatible with IPTV applications and devices that support M3U links, Xtream Codes, or portal URLs, depending on the selected server.
We may provide setup guidance, but we are not responsible for third-party IPTV applications, app updates, device limitations, internet provider restrictions, or app store policies.
Technical Issues
We work to provide stable service and support, but Server IPTV is not responsible for issues outside our control. This may include internet provider blocking, device problems, app errors, server maintenance, content source updates, VPN configuration, or temporary technical interruptions.
If you face a problem, you agree to cooperate with our support team by providing screenshots, error messages, device details, app name, and connection information.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests are handled according to our Delivery and Refund Policy.
Since IPTV subscriptions are digital products activated after payment, refunds are reviewed case by case. A refund may be refused if the service has been delivered, activated, or used correctly.
Cancellations are only possible before activation or delivery of the digital subscription.
