Delivery
At Server IPTV, we deliver digital IPTV subscriptions only. No physical product is shipped.
After your payment is confirmed, your subscription details are sent by email, usually within 30 minutes. These details may include your M3U link, Xtream Codes login details, portal URL, or application instructions, depending on the server and device selected.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 6 hours due to technical checks, activation delays, payment verification, or operational reasons.
Please make sure that the email address provided during your order is correct. If you do not receive your subscription after payment confirmation, contact our support team with your order reference and payment proof.
Refunds
At Server IPTV, we do our best to provide clear service information before purchase. Since IPTV subscriptions are digital products activated after payment, refund requests are reviewed case by case.
A refund may be considered only if the service cannot be activated or used after our technical team has checked the issue and confirmed that the problem comes from the subscription itself.
Refunds are not guaranteed for issues caused by the customer’s device, IPTV application, internet provider restrictions, incorrect setup, VPN configuration, or unsupported apps.
To request a refund, you must provide valid proof of the issue, such as screenshots, videos, error messages, device details, app name, and internet connection information. Our team will review the proof before approving or refusing the request.
Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on the payment method used:
Credit or debit card refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cryptocurrency refunds, once approved, are processed to the wallet address provided by the customer. Crypto transactions are final and cannot be reversed after processing.
Server IPTV reserves the right to refuse refund requests when the service has been delivered correctly, activated successfully, or used by the customer.
